Meet Owen | Newborn Portraits

On Sarah and Kyle’s wedding day, two years ago, I saw they were going to make phenomenal parents. They interacted with their nieces in such a selfless way, and that was the one day they could have excusably been more selfish. (See their wedding photography here and here.)
And the solid relationships Sarah and Kyle have with their parents was evident that day. Those foundations lead to a future of parenting foundations from children, to grandchildren, to great grandchildren.
So, when Sarah emailed me a few months ago about doing maternity and newborn portraits, I just had to smile. They were expecting a little boy, Owen. And here he is. (See Sarah and Kyle’s aternity portraits here.)
Such a sweetheart. He did not want to miss a second of our shoot. I loved watching him fight off sleep – he would make his eyes wide open and then they would snap shut. I’m a softy for baby boys, and I think this one has melted the hearts of his parents.
Kyle and Sarah, thank you so much for having Mackenzie and me into your home to share this special beginning. I look forward to watching Owen grow! God bless you, little Owen. I am confident God is going to use you in amazing ways!
