Katie’s session was soooo amazing. She has this brilliant smile that shows genuine joy, and, in a second, she can turn it off to look fierce and basically melt the camera. She and her mom were up for whatever I threw at them. At one point, I had Katie teetering barefoot on the ledge of a window and then later, I basically swerved into a parking lot because I saw a cool black and white building. Her mom and her had to follow me across a lane of traffic, and then she got out of the car on that cold November day in a sleeveless short dress and heels and werrrked it! Serious model possibility here. She can pull off the “movie star on the street look,” the boho look in the middle of a field and the “chilling out relaxing all cool” look while lying on a brick wall. Besides all that, she is so encouraging and beyond her years.
