Pancake tutu and pointe shoes are pretty much guaranteed to add some beautiful drama to a photo shoot. And then, when you take them outside, it’s like magic. I made Alli disobey all her ballet instructor’s orders and leave her tights inside and let her hair down for just a few minutes. ANNND I’m so glad she did! This is my favorite shot… ever… the big one, in case you weren’t sure. Not only is this girl beautiful inside and out, she is such a graceful dancer. She’s been dancing since she was a toddler… as you can see from all her slippers.
Alli, thank you so much for working with me and embracing creativity with me for your shoot. I have adored getting to know you and your family! I hope I get to see you again soon! Have a fabulous time at Meredith!
