Since things got REALLY crazy during November and December, I wasn’t able to blog all of my sessions. Sooo… I thought it would be fun to blog them as “the 12 Sessions of Christmas” in the last few days before Christmas. The last day – Christmas day – will be our family!
On black Friday, this trio gave up the mad rush of shopping to enjoy a chilly morning portrait session with their families in downtown Kinston. You may recognize the Mcknight’s from their family session last fall. Jason is our pastor at Grace Fellowship and I was so excited to meet the rest of Susan’s family to see where this amazing woman came from!
It was such a festive morning on Herritage Street. All the shops were open and customers were bustling along the sidewalks. We kept to the shaded side of the street, near Mother Earth. Everyone did so well even though the wind was chilling us all to the bones! The boys were champs! They snuggled with grandma to keep warm. And, of course, we had to make sure to get a couple of Susan, her sister and her mom together. Who knows the last time they had a portrait with just the three of them!
Marilyn, I am so glad you got your family all together so I could meet them and you! I had such a fun time. I only wish it had been warmer so we could chat a bit more! Thank you for working with me! You have a wonderful daughter – I cherish her friendship!
If you are considering a session for Christmas 2015, please note that our last session date for Christmas cards is December 5th! I get booked pretty quickly, so grab your spot early!
