New Bern Downtown and Waterfront Senior Shoot

Just looking at Drew, you can tell she seeks to bring joy to life. Her family went through a really hard time this year after her home was flooded during a hurricane. She moved to Kinston for the school year while her house was renovated and intentionally became part of our community. She joined Junior Leadership and volunteered her time to serve in our county even though it was not home to her.
Drew has an enthusiasm that is contagious and she brought that to my Senior Style Team this year. It was a joy to capture her for her senior portraits in New Bern. We explored little nooks and crannies downtown and then ventured to the waterfront where renovations and reconstruction is still underway. It is a special place to her and always will be. But I am glad she has come to love Kinston as a second home, too.
Thank you Jennifer and Drew for inviting me into this special year. It was a pleasure getting to know y’all! I am thankful for our friendship.
