Say hello to the new look of Lindsay Corrigan Photography! I’m so unbelievably excited to reveal this site after over a year in the making. It was a labor of love and learning and I’m so glad it is finally complete. This website really represents the experience I want to bring to my clients and I hope you will enjoy clicking through the pages and posts.

To kick it off, a giveaway! Here are the details:

Bring a Smile to Your Everyday!

That’s what I’m calling this little contest! Here is how you enter for a chance to win an Everyday Shoot with me! Hurry, the last submissions will be accepted on Saturday at Noon (Eastern Time)!

1. Follow LCP on Facebook (www.facebook.com/lindsaycorriganphotography) or Instagram (www.instagram.com/lindsayanncorrigan)
2. Private Message me with your fave picture of you and your hunny or family (this must be a personal photograph, not taken by a professional, unless it’s me).
3. In your message, tell me the #1 reason why you would love to have portraits of you & your loves in your home, your email address and your phone number (for context notifications only).
4. I will message you back to verify you’re a real person, so make sure you check your messages and reply!

That’s it! I will post the top three entries and open the polls! That’s right, the one with the most votes wins! So get your family and friends to follow me on Instagram or Facebook to get instructions on voting when the top 3 entries are posted on Saturday.

The “Bring a Smile to Your Everday Contest” (“Contest”) is sponsored Lindsay Corrigan Photography (“Sponsor”)This contest is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Sponsor, not Facebook or Instagram.

ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of their respective countries where not prohibited by law, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry who have Internet access and a valid e-mail account prior to the beginning of the Contest Period. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.

 

CONTEST SUBMISSION PERIOD

The Contest Submission Period begins at August 13, 2015 Noon Eastern Time and ends at August 15, Noon Eastern Time. (“Submission Period”). All entries (submissions) must be received on or before the time stated during that submission period. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion.
HOW TO ENTER
You can enter the Contest through the Sponsor Facebook Page or Instagram Page. Submissions will only be accepted during the submission period. Entrants may also be nominated, but must comply with eligibility requirements. To be elibigle, entrants must follow the Sponsor’s Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/lindsaycorriganphotography) or the Sponsor’s Instagram Page (www.instagram.com/lindsayanncorrigan). Entrants must submit a private message to the Sponsor’s Facebook Page or Instagram Page containing a photograph of persons who will be included in the contest prize, an explanation of the entrants’ top reason they desire to win the contest, phone number and a valid email address and then reply to the verification message from the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries.

 

FINALIST SELECTION
All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will gathered into a database at the end of the Submission Period. The Sponsor will select 3 finalists from the submissions. The finalists will be announced on or about August 16 on or about 6:00PM Eastern Time. The finalists’ photographs and their explanation of why they would like to win the contest will be posted on the Sponsor’s Facebook Page and Instagram Page and will be voted on by eligible voters during the contest voting period. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any finalist.

CONTEST VOTING PERIOD

The Contest Voting Period begins at August 16, 2015 6:00PM Eastern Time and ends at August 17, 2015 11:59PM Eastern Time. (“Voting Period”). All votes must be received on or before the time stated during that voting period. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any votes.
HOW TO VOTE
You can vote for finalists through the Sponsor Website Blog (www.lindsaycorrigan.com/blog) Facebook Page or Instagram Page. Votes will only be accepted during the voting period. To be elibigle, voters must follow the Sponsor’s Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/lindsaycorriganphotography) or the Sponsor’s Instagram Page (www.instagram.com/lindsayanncorrigan). To vote, voters may “like” the finalist photograph on the Sponsor’s Facebook Page or Instagram Page, post a comment in the feed that pertains to a post by the Sponsor and mention the finalist they are voting for in the said comment, comment on a blog on the Sponsor’s Website Blog that pertains to the subject of the blog post and mention the finalist they are voting for in the said comment. If the voter signs up for the Sponsor’s newsletter mailing list, all of their votes are doubled. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any votes.

 

WINNER SELECTION

Announcement and instructions for prize will be sent to the e-mail address supplied on the potential prize winner’s entry message. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her e-mail account for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this contest. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Administrator (or Sponsor) within fifteen (15) days, using the contact information provided at the time of entry, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize. Upon the request of the Sponsor, the potential winner may be required to return an Model Release Waiver, Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Prize Acceptance Form and IRS W-9 form. If a potential winner fails to comply with these official rules, that potential winner will be disqualified. Prizes may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received.

PRIZE:
Prize: One Everyday Portrait Personal Session Package for a couple or family. The package includes: a consultation with the Sponsor, Family or Couples Portrait Session with the Sponsor, Reveal at the Sponsor’s place of business, 5×7 prints in a custom keepsake box of all edited images from the session. (valued at $349).

Terms and conditions may apply. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS
Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Contest, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Contest is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Contest, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Contest. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, THE FACEBOOK PLATFORM, ADMINISTRATOR, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE.
