Since things got REALLY crazy during November and December, I wasn’t able to blog all of my sessions. Sooo… I thought it would be fun to blog them as “the 12 Sessions of Christmas” in the last few days before Christmas. The last day – Christmas day – will be our family!
Joy to the World! Little Blaine loves a celebration! One of her favorite things is to clap and wave her hands. It’s so precious and perfect for Christmas as we praise God for sending his Son. Just like at her newborn session, when her daddy, Parke, came out to join us, Blaine lit up.
It’s always endearing to see how babies respond to each parent. Blaine looked to Whitley for assurance as I, with my scary black box (a.k.a. my camera), grabbed shots of her cuddling and loving on her mama. With her daddy, she wanted thrown in the air and to feel that little bit of fear accompanied by the safety of his arms. Blaine is definitely a cheerful little girl, but nobody could make her laugh like her daddy.
Each parent brought a different expression to that little face! I love capturing all those emotions and bundling them up to deliver a glimpse at the personality of each little person. It’s amazing how early tiny ones become their own individual. So here she is! Say Merry Christmas to Blaine!
Parke & Whitley, you have one precious little princess! Thank you so much for working with me again. It is always so fun to visit with y’all while we have our sessions! Merry Christmas! See you soon!
If you are considering a session for Christmas 2015, please note that our last session date for Christmas cards is December 5th! I get booked pretty quickly, so grab your spot early!
