Sophia and Jenks

This brother and sister started out a little shy in front of the camera. Jenks could not stop laughing, even though I was told by his mom, Beverly, that it would be a challenge to get him to smile! Pretty soon he was posing like a champ – look at this guy, he’s totally model material. Girls, go ahead and swoon!
And Sophia! She had the “fake laugh to make yourself really laugh” down pat. Look at her gorgeous hair and blue eyes! As she grew more comfortable in front of the camera, she matured right before our eyes. The day after our session, she made a trip to the orthodontist, so Beverly wanted to make sure to have some portraits before Sophia’s smile would change forever. She texted me a photo of her right after she got her braces on, and she already looks so much older!
Beverly, thank you so much for working with me! I had so much fun getting to know you, Sophia and Jenks. I hope we’ll see each other around the neighborhood! Your kids are so great! I may be calling you to have Sophia come babysit soon. And I can’t wait to do a session when she gets her braces off!
