Let me tell you, this portrait shoot has been in the works for some time! Every time I saw Rosa Anne for the past year she kept telling me, “I want you to take some pictures for me!” and she would tell me all about her grandchildren. Well, we finally did it while Hurricane Sandy was lurking nearby!
I now know why Rosa Anne talks about her grandchildren so much. They were a delight to photograph. I mean they could totally be models! They are all amazingly talented. Tanner, here, has been fishing since the age of three – he’s practically a pro! Sailor starred as Clara in the Nutcracker and is an accomplished dancer. Erin is a rising star tennis player. And Summer is about to head to college to pursue her career in theatre. Amazing!
And I don’t think Tanner minds at all being the only boy. He definitely loves his sisters and cousin! Make sure to let Rosa Anne know how beautiful her grandchildren are (as if she didn’t know!). I know she is so proud of them all.
Rosa Anne, thank you so much for your constant encouragement and accolades! You are so sweet and I am so blessed to be studying and serving along side of you. I am so thankful we were able to do this session. I look forward to watching your grandchildren grow! Tom, it was so wonderful to finally meet Rosa Anne’s other half! Summer, Erin, Sailor and Tanner, thank you so much for being so awesome! Y’all are just naturals.
