{In 2015, Lindsay dropped the business name Three Eleven Photography to simplify life and connect with clients in a more personal way. Please excuse the old watermarks on these images. Read more about the name change here: https://lindsaycorrigan.com/a-new-look-for-lindsay/}
Let me just tell you, this was such a fun session. Chelsea has some of THE stylish clothes. I love how she mixes her patterns and uses pops of color in her wardrobe. I think I could use some fashion tips from this girl. And her personality is so fun! She was up for just about anything. Can you say, “dream client?”
For every Senior Shoot, I offer a free wardrobe consultation to pick out outfits and just brainstorm for the session. We picked out about seven outfits for Chelsea and I really wanted to use every single one, but that never happens. Bummer! The outfits we choose usually dictate what type of background we should look for. I knew we had to do part of the session in an urban setting and I really wanted to get out in the country a little too. I found this really cool partially torn down building downtown and knew that was our spot. I also knew Chelsea’s favorite color was yellow, so I searched out the perfect spot where some Goldenrod was blooming.
Chelsea’s mom, Crystal, came along for the session and I am so glad she did! She made Chelsea laugh constantly, which made for my favorite portraits of her. My favorite time during the session was when Crystal told Chelsea to “smeyes.”
Chelsea, thank you so much for just being you. You are such a sweet lady! I was so glad to meet you and spend some time getting to know you. I hope you love your portraits as much as I do! Crystal, thank you so much for thinking of me again to capture this special time in Chelsea’s life. I know you must be so proud of Chelsea. I can’t wait to see what God does with her in the next year!
