Imagine only having one photograph from your wedding day.
I know! I can’t either! Since photography was invented, it has been an American tradition to document the wedded bliss between young couples.
For some couples, tragedy strikes, and the photographs just don’t turn out. Well, for Amanda and Joseph that is what happen. When Amanda and I met, she showed me her one and only wedding photograph that was hanging on her dining room wall.
As a photographer (so, of all people, having photos from her own wedding is pretty important to her), Amanda has been longing to have the wedding photography she always wanted.
Joseph and Amanda celebrated their tenth anniversary by renewing their vows. After the vow renewal, we got together for an All Dressed Up session with their daughter Tabitha. The lighting was sublime so we soaked it up in a nice shady spot on one of those 100 degree days last week. I had such a wonderful time celebrating with this sweet family. We even got some dress shots, which I love!
Joseph, Amanda and Tabitha, thank y’all so much for working with me! Enjoy!
An All Dressed Up portrait session is a post-wedding session, either the day after or even years after a wedding day. The couple can dress up in their wedding clothes and have a laid-back session focusing on each other. When the wedding day schedule can be hectic and may not allow time for those romantic portraits a couple desires, this session is stress-free and comfortable. This can also be a Trash the Dress session if the bride wants to get a little crazy. Want to book one? Contact me today to schedule!
