My baby girl will be turning three in just a few short weeks! Her favorite book is The Very Hungry Caterpillar and she absolutely loves butterflies so she decided (with a little help) that she wanted A Very Hungry Caterpillar birthday party. So, we started with the invitations. I thought it would be fun to add a little personal touch and let her help.
We started with some Avery postcards, a printer, and some finger paints. I helped her at first, but by the end she was making the little caterpillars all by herself. A few of them looked like real characters, but they were all very cute. I added the face, antennas and feet to finish them.
We had a lot of fun that’s for sure!
