Senior Shoots are never boring. I do my best to offer a fun and unique experience that shows the senior’s personality and energy, and sometimes, that is not easy. There is something about that big black box (a.k.a. my Canon) that stiffens people. This was definitely not the case with Molly. There were quite a number of times when she broke out into song…

I was so excited when Erin’s grandma, Rosa Ann, told me that she wanted to do a night shoot for our mini session this weekend. Erin wanted to do something creative, so I used my flashes and used the Christmas lights on the trees that line Queen Street to get some unique shots.

Abby had her heart set on doing a night shoot for part of her senior portrait session, so we weren’t going to let a few summer DOWNPOURS stop us from getting out into the streets. We just hopped over the puddles we came across (and scheduled 4 rain dates – haha – that’ll teach em!). The daytime shoot had to be put on hold (see her day shoot sneak peek here), but I’m so excited to show you my faves from her night shoot!

Night Shoots are unlike any other session I offer and it’s only once in a while that I get to do them. Jordan wanted one-of-a-kind senior portraits so she added the Night Shoot to her Senior Shoot. I gave you a little teaser of these here, and her Base Shoot sneak peek is here.
